Christmas Memories: Playing Model Railroad with PopPop

My Dad has had a room in our house dedicated to his model train layout since before I was born. Through the years he has built it, added to it, updated it, and made it the very detailed, exquisite, and admirable set up it is. He has a church, industries, gas stations, stores, restaurants, train stations, towers, lights, signals, sounds, cars, trucks, police vehicles, and a bunch of different types of trains. He has made this set up something worth seeing, and not just glancing, but taking in all the little details and custom designs he has made. This is one of his hobbies, and has enjoyed spending time working on it little by little through nearly 40 years. He belongs to a Model Railroaders club and also enjoys riding trains in various states. He is a true train enthusiast!

While we were home for Christmas he had fun showing the trains to his grandson (our son) Isaac. Isaac even got to control the trains and make them say "toot toot". It was a wonderful opportunity to make memories with PopPop!
